What 1,000 pages cost
Documentation and articles usually cost 1 credit a page. This example uses the mix from our 170-page benchmark (1 October 2026), which leans towards harder pages: shops, listings, protected sites and pages from other countries.

How billing works
- Plan credits reset at the start of each billing month. Unused plan credits don't roll over.
- Top-up credits don't expire, and are used after your plan credits.
- Upgrade at any time: you pay the new plan's price and your unused credits carry over. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing month.
- Failed, blocked and cached results are free. A missing page (404 or 410) costs at most 1 credit, however hard it was to reach.
- Prices are in US dollars and billed in South African rand at R17 per dollar, by card through Paystack. You see the rand amount before you pay.
- Cancel at any time. Full refund within 7 days of a payment if its credits haven't been used. See Refunds and the Terms of Service.
- Prices effective 1 October 2026.
Frequently asked questions
- Am I charged for failed requests?
- No. Failed, blocked and cached results are free, and every response includes a receipt showing each attempt. A missing page (404 or 410) costs at most 1 credit.
- Do credits expire?
- Plan credits reset at the start of each billing month and don't roll over. Top-up credits don't expire, and are used after your plan credits.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately and carry over your unused credits. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of your billing month.
- Which features need a paid plan?
- Residential proxies and advanced unblocking. The Free plan uses our own network; buying any top-up unlocks them too.
- What does “reserved” mean on my balance?
- While a request runs, its maximum cost is set aside so parallel requests can't overspend. When it finishes, you pay the actual cost and the rest is released.
- Can I limit what I spend?
- Yes. Give each agent its own API key with daily and monthly limits and a maximum per page, and set limits for the whole workspace. A request that would pass a limit is refused before it runs and costs nothing. Monitors have their own credit cap too.
- How do I pay?
- By card through Paystack. Prices are in US dollars and billed in South African rand at R17 per dollar; you see the rand amount before you pay, and get a receipt for every payment.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. Within 7 days of any payment, if none of its credits have been used, refund it yourself in Billing.
